Belgian Forest Hides Apocalyptic Car cemetery of 1940’s & 50’s

Here is a spooky car cemetery in the Belgian Forest called  Chatillion Car Graveyard. The urban legend behind this apocalyptic landscape is that these cars were left by the U.S soldiers from WW2 who could not ship them back to the states, so they decided to hide them in the forest.

The locals say this is rubbish that this cemetery is just old car dump of vehicles. For the sake of intrigue we want to believe the first story.

Initially there were more than 500 retro vehicles in the forest graveyard. However, most of the cars were stolen or removed by the locals due to environmental issues. The graveyard was completely removed in 2010.
