Effects Of LSD On Marching Troops

As part of the U.S. Military Chemical and Biological Warfare Program, soldiers are filmed performing close-order drill and taking orders from superiors, they are then given LSD and attempt duplicate their actions in a before and after comparison; confusion and break-down of discipline ensues.

Produced by the U.S. Military’s Chemical and Biological Warfare Program shows the effects of Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD) has on U.S. soldiers marching and responding to orders.

LSD is a powerful hallucinogenic drug also called “acid” and is a “recreational psychedelic drug” that played a key role in the 1960’s counterculture.
